We don't buy by category.
We buy when the
opportunity makes sense.
Real estate has been foundational to Silverline since 2008. The portfolio is owned, privately capitalized, and currently spans eight states.

Eight states.
Markets are selected deal by deal, not by thesis map. Specific locations and assets are not published.
Residential Housing
Current holdingsSingle-family and small multifamily assets held for durable cash flow rather than quick exits.
Specialized Housing
Current holdingsHousing strategies that require more operational involvement than conventional rentals — and reward it.
Industrial & Storage
Active interestWarehouse, storage and light industrial assets where use, layout or tenancy is being under-optimized.
Commercial Opportunities
Active interestSituational commercial acquisitions. We're not looking for a category — we're looking for a reason.
Categories describe areas of activity and interest. They do not imply current ownership in every category or market.

Ownership, not inventory.
Silverline buys assets it intends to own and operate. That changes what we underwrite for: durability of cash flow, quality of operations, and whether the asset improves with attention.
Certain strategies within the portfolio are intentionally not detailed publicly. Operators, partners and sellers who need specifics are welcome to reach out directly.
Selling a property that's difficult to explain?
Complex ownership, unusual use, deferred maintenance, an operator situation — those are conversations we take seriously rather than politely decline.
